Australian Domestic Shipping
We offer free shipping for all Australian orders over $250. Postage or courier charges apply for orders $250 and under. Orders paid by credit card, Paypal or direct deposit will be shipped once your payment has cleared.
(This can take from 1 to 10 working days depending on your banking institution, and destination.)
Our courier supplier of preference is Toll Priority. We offer free shipping for all Australian and International orders.
The merchandise can take from 1 to 10 working days to arrive depending on where you live. During internet sale periods, there may be a slight delay in shipping orders. Online orders made on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Parker & Co. does not provide delivery to PO Boxes.
A signature will be required on delivery; therefore, we recommend a work address if this is more convenient. A $25 redelivery charge will be applied if there is no-one at the address to receive the delivery.
If you have any special instructions, e.g. you would like the courier to leave the parcel at the back door if you are not home, please make a note of this in the comments box when going through checkout. It is imperative to leave a contact phone number with your delivery address.
Once your payment has been approved, delivery times are:
- Perth CBD: Same Day
- Metro Perth: Overnight
- Major Regional Ports: Overnight Service
- Remote Regional Communities: Two Days
- Metro Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane: Overnight via airfreight (during weekdays)
- Metro Adelaide: Overnight via airfreight (during weekdays)

Parker & Co. aims to ensure deliveries are shipped to most countries within 2-10 working days, however, we cannot assume liability for various individual delays such as Customs Protocol.

Any duties, tariffs, customs charges or additional charges levied by your country of origin, will be your responsibility. Furthermore, Parker & Co. is not liable for any additional charges once merchandise you have ordered has left Australia. If charges are levied in your country, your credit card will be charged for all outgoing and return delivery charges that may be incurred by Parker & Co. If returned merchandise is received by Parker & Co., your account will be credited for the merchandise only.

This method of distribution is tracked and insured and tracking information will be sent via email upon shipment.
