Returns, Exchanges & Sale Items
Parker & Co. remains confident you will be delighted with your purchases. However, if you feel the item is not what you wished for, please carefully review our returns policy.
We are happy to accept returns that have all tags attached, not been worn, and are in brand new condition. Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer without refund. Parker & Co. encourages you to follow our policy as outlined.
If you would like to return an item to us, please complete the return form included in your order within 14 days of receiving your order and securely repackage your merchandise. Please remove any original courier labels from the returns package.
Goods will not be accepted after 14 days or without completion of your return form. If you have purchased your merchandise online you can also choose to return or exchange at any one of our stores in Perth or Claremont, upon presentation of your return form and proof of purchase.
Where provided, covers, cases and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags should be included with your return. When returning footwear, please do not utilise your shoe box as the shipping box.
You will be responsible for shipping your returns package at your own expense via a shipping method that is fully insurable and enables you to track delivery of the merchandise. Remember to retain the consignment details for your records.
Please allow 5 - 7 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed. You will receive an email once your return has been processed.
You are free to opt for a full refund (not available with discount codes/sale items), exchange (if in stock), or a store credit. Please email email@example.com or call +61 (8) 9321 8200 for any additional returns queries.
Goods are considered faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If it cannot be repaired or the same product is not available, you will be entitled to a full refund.
All footwear purchased should be tried on a carpeted surface prior to wear.
Undergarments & Swimwear
For health and safety purposes, Parker & Co. maintains that returns on boxers and briefs will not be accepted. Swim trunks should be tried on over underwear. If swimwear items feature unattached tags and / or are soiled, they will be distributed back to the client.
