If you continue to browse and utilise this website, you are agreeing to comply with the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern Parker & Co.'s relationship with you in relation to this website.

The term Parker & Co., 'we', 'us' or www.parkerco.com.au refers to the owner of the website Histonium Holdings Pty Ltd T/A Parker & Co. whose registered office is 1/34 Hasler Road, Osborne Park WA. ABN 25 008 769 828. The term 'you' refers to the user or viewer of our website.

The use of this website is subject to the following terms of use:

Online Registered Client

Parker & Co. welcomes you to browse our online boutique without registering. However, you will be required to register with us or sign in as a guest user prior to purchasing any merchandise via our website.

We recommend registering, which ensures upon your return to our website in the future, we have your details already secured. Upon registering, you are required to provide both accurate and up to date information about yourself. Should any of your registration information change, please e-mail us immediately at onlineshop@parkerco.com.au. We also reserve the right to change registration measures over time.

As a valued Online Registered Client of Parker & Co., your username will become your email address and it is a requirement you enter your own unique password.

Under your username, you will be fully responsible for all actions taken, whether by you or any other person. You are liable for keeping your username and password secure. Please notify Parker & Co. immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your username or password.

Payment

Payment for purchases via our online boutique can be made via MasterCard, Visa, Visa Debit, American Express, Paypal and Direct Deposit. Orders paid by credit card or direct deposit will be processed and shipped once your payment has cleared.

This can take from 1 to 10 working days depending on your banking institution and destination.

As a registered client of the Parker & Co. online boutique, you agree to confirm that the credit/debit card that is being utilised for payment is yours or that you have been personally authorised by the owner of the credit/debit card to make a payment.

Credit/debit purchases via this site are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the merchant of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to Parker & Co., we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Direct deposit account details are as follows: ACCOUNT NAME: PARKER & CO. BSB: 036 000 ACCOUNT NO: 990168. Please ensure your payment reference includes your SURNAME and ORDER NUMBER.

Insurance

Every purchase made is insured by Parker & Co. from the time it is in transit until it is shipped to your specified delivery destination. Parker & Co. requires a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for the purchased goods passes to you. If you have outlined a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example it is a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery fulfilment by Parker & Co., and responsibility is transferred in the exact same way.

Acceptance of Your Order

Upon your order being placed, you will be emailed all the details of your order. This email is simply a confirmation that we have received your order. Until the product has been shipped, no order shall be considered to be accepted by Parker & Co.

Acceptance of your order via Parker & Co. will be completed when we email you to confirm the goods have been dispatched, unless your order has been cancelled.

Parker & Co. will verify your method of payment and shipping address prior to processing your order. Your placement of an order via Parker & Co.’s online boutique is an offer to purchase our products. Parker & Co. may accept your order by processing your payment and shipping the product, or for any reason, decline to accept your order or any part of your order. If we decline to accept your order, we will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you have provided with your order.

Parker & Co. reserves the right not to accept orders in the event that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, if shipping restrictions apply to particular merchandise, items ordered are out of stock or do not satisfy quality control standards.

Email Address

When an order is placed via Parker & Co.’s luxury online boutique, you are required to provide a valid e-mail address, which we may use to communicate with you regarding the status of your order and to provide you with any other notices or communications relating to your order.

Under these terms and conditions, Parker & Co. will not be responsible for any damage you incur, or information you do not receive, as a result of your failure to provide a valid e-mail address.

Pricing Policy

Prices shown on the site are in Australian dollars and include GST. Parker & Co. charges GST taxes as required by law on purchases made via the site. Prices are subject to change at any time, prior to Parker & Co.’s acceptance of your order.

If you are an overseas client whose credit/debit card is not denominated in Australian dollars, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.

Parker & Co. maintains that it is unable to offer pricing amendments on items originally purchased in a sale or on any promotional items that are temporarily reduced. Once an item has been purchased at a discounted sale price, no additional pricing reductions will be offered, should the item be further marked-down.

Although we try to ensure all our prices displayed on our website are accurate, errors may occasionally occur. If we discover an error in the price of an item you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible. You will have the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it.

Furthermore, on occasion (particularly during Sale and promotional periods) we may offer additional discounts for purchases online from www.parkerco.com that does not apply in the Parker & Co. retail boutiques or vice versa.

Our Perth and Claremont stores may also run additional promotions for purchases made by any of our accepted payment methods, including during the Christmas and Sale periods. Please be advised that this may not apply to purchases made through our online boutique.

Product Information & Descriptions

Product information is subject to change without notice. In the event we discover a material error in the description or availability of a product or service that affects your outstanding order with Parker & Co., we will notify you of the corrected version. You may then choose to accept the corrected version, or cancel the order. If you opt to cancel the order, and your credit card has already been charged for a purchase, Parker & Co. will credit your nominated account in the amount of the charge.

Garment Colours

Parker & Co. endeavours to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products shown on the online boutique. However because the colours you see will depend on many factors, including your printer or screen display, Parker & Co. cannot guarantee that the colour you see exactly matches the product colour. Parker & Co. provides a detailed image of each garment, ensuring you are provided with fairly accurate information.

Currency

Every effort is made by Parker & Co. to provide current and accurate information relating to products, services and pricing including currency exchanges featured on Parker & Co’s online boutique, however, does not guarantee the currency or accuracy of any such information.

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates sold are subject to the following terms and conditions of sale by Parker & Co:

  • Gift Certificates are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
  • Gift Certificates can be redeemed against all products on the www.parkerco.com.au site or any Parker & Co. retail boutique located in Perth or Claremont.
  • Gift Certificates are non transferable and may not be returned or redeemed for cash.
  • If your order total is less than the value of the Certificates, the remaining balance will be credited to you via a new gift certificate, totalling the remaining balance.
  • If your order exceeds the value of the Gift Certificate, the remaining balances exceeding the value of your gift credit must be paid by credit or debit card.
  • If you return products you have purchased using a Gift Certificate, the remaining balance will be credited to you in its original form - a Gift Certificate.
  • Delivery of a Gift Certificate to an incorrect or non-existent address is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
  • Parker & Co. is not responsible for Gift Certificates that are lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.
  • We reserve the right to cancel a Gift Certificate if Parker & Co. deems necessary.
  • GST is applicable on any products purchased with a Parker & Co. Gift Certificate.
  • Free shipping is applicable on all Printed Gift Certificates.


Gift Wrapping Service

Parker & Co. is pleased to offer its clients custom wrapping for gift giving. If you wish, we can even include a note with your personal message. Please indicate whether you would like Gift Wrapping and your personal message in the ADD A GIFT MESSAGE section of your transaction page.

Please note however, we are unable to take any specific requests to divide the items up among boxes. Only one gift note is available per order.

A gift invoice without prices will be enclosed if you select this option. Please print your order for an itemized listing with prices.

Exclusive Concierge Service

Parker & Co. prides itself on superior customer excellence and our exclusive concierge service offers the following:

  • A personal stylist to assist you in the creation of your own seasonal wardrobe. This includes co-ordination of colour, style assessment and private Made to Measure event.

Online Security

Parker & Co. endeavours to take reasonable control ensuring its online boutique is secure. All credit/debit card transactions on this site are processed using a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. If you are a registered Parker & Co. user, we will securely store your credit/debit card details on our systems. These details will be fully encrypted and only used to process card transactions which you have instructed so.

To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple, and secure, Parker & Co. utilises a secure server, the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology. 128-bit SSL encryption is the current industry standard.
